Announcements at the gate were impossible to hear (discern words), regardless of the language they were in.

Very efficient boarding. My only gripe is how crazy tight all the seats are.

Be advised all beverage service including water and soft drinks are at additional cost. The flight was cheap though so wasn’t upset at all.

Great flight, left on time, arrived early, what more could you want?

Great staff! DID not expect many services from a budget airline. Pleasantly surprised.

The cabin was a bit hot, the fan or a/c was not really working so I was a little uncomfortable, but that was it.
