“Overall it met our needs for a weekend trip to white cap beach. Is a short walk to the beach and the inside was clean. Outside was definitely weather worn and needs some touch ups. We didn't spend much time in the rental other than to sleep. Centrally located to great restaurants. Great price for a weekend trip. Fyi. The door does not lock like they say when it closes you have to manually do it each time. ”

“The property was spacious, right on the water and perfect closeness to the beach for us. The pool was small but clean enough. The downsides were you can hear the people above very loudly every time they walk. In the early mornings you can hear the people going up and down the stairs outside the bedroom window.
