"This is a fantastic property, if you’re going with kids. My wife and I have traveled all over the world, and like to stay at all-inclusive resorts when we can. This is firmly in the “with your kids” camp. It’s a great value, with decent food, plenty of space for pools, and a large beach. When we visited the Jalisco resort next-door, a Riu sister resort, we realized how much better the food quality was. Next time we go without kids, we’ll pick Jalisco. But with kids, this resort was great!"

"The customer service lady was always ready to help and could answer all our questions. The town of Bucerias was within walking distance and the shops there were fabulous. They also have a flea market. The food at the buffet was top notch. Always a good spread and a different ethnic theme each evening."

"Clean rooms and good location"

"Fiestas Americana delivers where it counts. The à la carte dining is the best I've experienced at any resort — truly impressive. The breakfast and lunch buffets could use a bit more variety, but that's a minor gripe in an otherwise fantastic stay. The real stars here are the staff. Gerry, one of the amazing poolside servers, was the absolute highlight of my trip — a genuinely great guy who works tirelessly and makes every guest feel taken care of. Leo behind the bar is top-notch, and Yadira is a wonderful asset to the resort team. Highly recommend — especially if you appreciate great food and even better service."

"We stayed at this resort last year and booked through Expedia and loved it but this year unfortunately didn’t have the same experience. Previously we checked in at the Expedia exclusive check in and were told we get a free upgrade. We booked with another couple this time (for our anniversary) they were told they got an upgrade and we didn’t. Our room was old had no wifi and the toilet didn’t work. Eventually at around 8pm we got into another room that was much better and the also gave us some champagne as an apology which was nice . getting a seat by the pool was impossible everything taken by 6 am!!! It was also super Loud in the rooms from 8:30 am to 1am the music doesn’t stop this wasn’t our experience last time. We were also given 3 free reservations with Expedia last time and that was not allowed this time so we didjt get to eat at any of the restaurants as the only availability they had was 9pm. Over all disappointing but the staff are very friendly and helpful "

"This hotel is absolutely exquisite. This is the best hotel I've been to by far. I was greeted upon entering the hotel with a drink. I was assigned a concierge member who provided daily updates and answered any questions I had. The food in all restaurants were absolutely delicious but the hibachi restaurant was the best. The rooms are gorgeous and huge. Theres a hot tub on every balcony. Theres a rooftop bar and pool thats just spectacular. It overlooked the ocean and just wow. They have a café to pick up snacks or sandwiches if you're feeling hungry but dont want a full meal. The only downside is the breakfast doesn't serve alternative to pork or beef, like chicken sausage or turkey bacon..maybe one day they will. Overall I'm absolutely in love with this place and will be back. I purchased a package to return..oh bonus- this is an adult only resort and no buffets. I mean you cannot beat that. Everything was well thought out when designing this place and experience."
