Amazing hotel and staff. We stayed in a 2br penthouse with private plunge pool that was perfect for my 3 year old. The room was great with excellent cleaning and room service. Star of the resort is its food. Unlike other all inclusive resorts where it feels like a cafeteria at times, here everything was top notch. Pool and beach area are highlights with great staff. We went to the sister resort twice but it wasn't as nice as the Luxury Residences and more crowded so we stayed at our resort to maintain some social distancing. My only bad experience was the way you check in and they push you immediately into a time share pitch. I lead a hi tech sales team and my advice to mgmt is to stop this practice. This ruins the joy of checking in and starting your vacation. Instead, wait for people to get in their room, send them a gift package or offer unsolicited to show you are trying to make their stay amazing. Also give people a couple days to see if they like the resort before pushing the sales pitch. As I was checking out I saw another older couple walk out pissed. I know this is how you make money but the resort is so nice that it could sell itself with a more methodical sales approach. You should look into some professional training so this can be improved and actually drive more sales.

The property is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. The food is amazing. All staff is sweet and wearing mask. Since this is the higher brand you are able to go to the sister property which has more amenity but more crowded. This is about 30-40 mins away from Puerto Vallarta though.

This Resort exceeded my expectations, great food, service, beach club. The best all inclusive Resort I've been so far in Mexico.

This hotel and it's staff are amazing. The hotel gets a 10 and the visitors/vacationers I would give a 7. We felt safe (Covid-19), beware tourists don't wear masks. Most people (vacationers) did and I want to give them a heartfelt thanks for keeping me healthy and safe. Also, I saw tourists smoking and the smoke travels up, so my room smelled smoky. We had 3 rooms among our family. The restaurant by pool is amazing and captain Orlando took care of us, which is no easy feat (my dad is demanding and picky:)) I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere as nice. All staff are very nice and happy to help. All inclusive, we're American so we tipped (I don't think people do). Beware check-in is very aggressive, and you better have a smart phone. They didn't try to up sell us but we don't want tours with pandemic. I love traveling to Mexico for the people. Humble, kind and helpful. P.S. please don't touch them, we saw tipsy people leaving restaurantand patting staff on back. Be respectful. I hope I get to return with my entire family in the next 5 years. Food was great for all inclusive.

I am not the person who is leaving negative reviews, but after my stay in this hotel I would like to inform others about they might expect. Two stars are given for beautiful garden and pool area. Nothing else impressed or satisfied us. We stayed in two bedroom condo with a pool in September, 2020 with three kids. Cons: 1)Room #429 was outdated, mattress were cheap and hard as boards nobody could get normal sleep 2)No bottled water or any other drinks in the room ( only filtered water from the fridge was available) 3)all our family and our friends from different room were all in bites. We still did not figure if these were bed bugs or some bugs from the beach. All legs and body was in bites. Pest control is not performed as should as I saw spiders on the hotels premises and also mosquitos were often around ( I stayed in Barcelo in Cancun area as well as in many different hotels in Dominica and it never was an issue) 4)Beach wasn’t cleaned ( my husband found two syringes on the beach right by the hotel). 5)Service was not good. I met only couple of nice people with great customer service skills. Most of the people there are not trained and one concierge looked mad. 6)there are only 4 restaurants. They have similar dishes in all of them for Breakfast lunch and dinner. We were tired from the same food. There was cheap selection of alcohol. Pros: nice views, beautiful garden, some staff was amazing
