Nicely done conversion to a hotel from the old Coventry Telegraph building. They kept a lot of the memorabilia and feel from when it housed the newspaper. Room was a great size with a quite small but lovely bathroom.

New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building.
No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away .

I stayed here as I had an event I was going to at the CBS Arena and I could literally walk there from where I was, so it was perfectly situated for me. The apartment had everything I needed. The apartment did have a standing fan, although I did take 2 extra little portable bedside fans as the weather was particularly hot. The only suggestions I have is that there could be a better mirror or lighted up mirror for doing make-up. I would also prefer curtains to the blinds as these did keep banging...

Although the building was older and more of a motel type setting, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Any questions I had about the area they were more then willing to help. The staff went out of there way to help our trip to the UK be the best it could be. They even went out and got pancakes for my son because he requested them for breakfast. If I’m ever in Nuneaton again and need a place to stay, I’ll definitely go to Longshoot!
The only negative side is that the building is aged...

I received some of the best costumer service In a hotel ever. The staff was EXTREMELY attentive and helpful. There were some minor issues like the room's heater not working, they brought one right away and communicated well. In the convention I was in, in the Coventry Arena I was in the VIP room/ lounge where the staff outed itself.

Stay here every year at this time for an annual trip I do and have stayed here for last 4 years and great place to stay. See you next year. Maybe as a loyalty even through hotels.com offer to waive the price for pool etc.
