"The villa is build too vintage with only wooden furniture with no sofa pads. Thus, not comfortable when lying on sofa. We found 1 lizard on bed, 1 giant lizard by staircase, 1 dead cockroach in master bedroom bathroom and ants around. Hotel restaurant closed at 10pm when we arrived late (due to traffic jam). We begged for some fast food and luckily staff were helpful to make some quick meals for us. One final comment, villa needs at least have a small gym for customers. "

"Out look of villa was good, just like the photos However, functions are a little old. Bathroom water supplies are slow and low powered. Towels are inadequate and are only replaced when requested. Access to villa is difficult, up slope and is pretty secluded."

We got to meet many and many knew us by name by the end of our stay adding that personal touch. The villas are guarded 24/7 but a very respectful staff to ensure complete safety and piece of mind. "Stayed here many times, I cant imagine from perfect into very bad in only a year. Food left from previous tenant, fungus grow on door, broken lights, no more kitchenware, slime inside pool, dirty and wet floor, sofa heavily stained, air conditioner in first floor is not working properly, some previlages has been removed (buggy transport, tea break snack). Complained to manager (Sophie or Sonya, I couldnt remember) with no adequate response and no appology. Complained to front desk, and...
