“很方便，很有巴里島風格的飯店，環境很好，唯一缺點是訂房時註明2張床，到了房間卻是一張不那麼大的雙人床，花了一些時間換房間。房間裡有各種蟲類，包括蟑螂、螞蟻、小蜈蚣、小飛蚊等。可以理解有這些昆蟲，因為是很多樹木環繞的平房。如果害怕這些的可能不適合入住”

“Super good service, very well trained staffs, everyone is very welcoming. Will recommend to stay for family.”

“The room and bed are comfortable. The hotel amenities are old. The bath towels in my room, though clean, are as old as you can imagine (threads coming off the towels and becoming grey in color. Even the white mat in the bathroom is newer). There is no hair conditioner in the shower, a bit below my expectations for a 5-star hotel standard. My hair is dry as Sahara desert after washing.”

“I don't think the pictures do this hotel justice. I think it is better than the pictures. Everything is perfect from the room, the breakfast, the location, the amenities, the pool, and all the greeneries within the complex. Don't forget to check the pet turtles and pet rabbits! I missed the balinese theatre dinner unfortunately so if possible, do stay in this hotel on Mon, Wed, or Fri and book a dinner and show session.”

“整間飯店的人員很友善 服務非常好，洗衣品質佳 SPA也不錯，對街的按摩技術更好 離庫塔海灘很近 如果要ㄧ日遊可以請飯店安排 免費早餐還好，但是付費餐廳的食物很好吃 吹風機的風不大，蓮蓬頭的水很小建議改善”

“We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose……
