“The hotel’s location is convenient but set back from the street so it’s quiet. Its garden and pool areas are beautiful. The staff are very friendly especially Putu, who is so helpful with arranging drivers, etc. The room is also spacious and comfortable and everything works. I especially love the many windows and balcony seating. It offers us so much relaxation and privacy. I also really enjoyed watching the offering ceremony in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting……

“Arrivés de bonne heure l'hôtel, on nous a réceptionné avec un accueil chaleureux sans attendre 14 h l'heure de l'arrivée. Souriant, aimable, disponible, je conseille cette hôtel pour leur disponibilité. Environnement : la piscine entourée d'arbres avec des couleurs magnifiques odorantes un petit paradis. Petit déjeuner gratuit + une carte avec des prix raisonnables. Locations moto, véhicule. Prix intéressant. Laverie. Etc.. Pour ma part mes 8 jours ont été superbes. ”

"We booked family connecting room for our trip this time, requesting extra bed in each room for the kids. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are nice and respond our request quickly. There are a variety of activities can do in hotel. We stayed in hotel one full day. We played at the beach which can walk directly from hotel lobby. We also swim and rent the bikes from hotel and took a bicycle rides along the beach. The kids love it! And our family also played picco ball in their court (they provide tennis court and table tennis table as well). At the end of the day, I enjoyed the spa (which is at Conrad standard). A lot of things can do in hotel, will not be bored! Food is good, particularly we like the Rin Japanese food restaurant. We spent 2 dinners at Rin, one is buffet and one is à la cart menu. Both are exceptional. Tasty food at relatively cheaper price than in Hong Kong. We love it!"
