“The heat pumps in both bedrooms never seemed to work properly. Neither room got to the colder temperatures that we set on the controllers. The rooms never got below 72’ F, even when we set the controllers lower.With the number of units on the property, there seems a good argument to have a shared laundry facility available, but that was lacking.”

“This was a nice motel raised up from the highway. Beds were comfortable. Outside of Baddeck by only a few minutes.
It is clear some of the images were photo shopped, and the use of the word “luxury” is misleading. It was fine for a 2 night stay, but do not pay more believing you are getting a luxurious experience. The rooms are mildly dated, there were many tiny ants in the room, the remote control was missing a battery, and the reception was a bit on the grumpy side. Nothing majorly……
