“Unsafe, Unclean, and Horrible Communication
We stayed during a regional storm alert, and the domes were shaky, loud, and felt completely unsafe. With the town entirely sold out, we were stuck there. When we called for help, the owner lied and said management would call back—they never did, and he subsequently ignored our calls. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were filthy with bugs, uncleaned, and toiletries were left unrefilled. There are zero amenities here. The only redeeming quality was……
