“The Pool was Green and closed. The Bathroom next to the breakfast area was broken and closed. There was no coffee pots or coffee in the rooms. The bathroom door in the room could not be closed due to misalignment. The breakfast was out of items basic items for days. You could get cereal or waffles which one waffle machine wasn’t working. There was no complementary. Coffee after 10:00 am. If they ran out of coffee during the two hour breakfast time, you were just out of luck and had to walk to……

“I was travelling with a pet for a one-night stay. I booked through Expedia. The listing stated that the hotel was pet friendly, but did not state that there was an additional $25.00 pet fee per night. I found this out from the clerk who checked me in. I was not happy about that, but I paid it. The grounds were not great for pets. There was not much grassy area for pet bathroom breaks and no bags available to pick up pet waste. The side entrance nearest to my room did not open with the key card,……

“I always stay at this hotel when traveling to Winston-Salem. The location couldn’t be better with Hanes mall across the street as well as many many restaurants and more stores down Hanes Mall Blvd, including Costco which is handy for getting gas! The staff is awesome from the front desk to the dining rooms and cleaning staff! They were always friendly and asking me if I needed anything. But my favorite part is that the beds are really comfortable and I always get a good night sleep. I……
