“酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。”

“工作人员很热情，根据天气情况帮我们推荐参观的路线，晚餐25瑞士法郎，12-15岁的孩子18瑞士法郎，超值的，早餐也挺丰富。虽然是木屋，晚上很安静，酒店饲养的小兔子一家也很可爱，退房后帮我们付款租了一辆出租车送到站台，免了我们推行李上坡的问题，下次到少女峰地区还会选择这家酒店。酒店提供桌上足球和乒乓球，还有免费的咖啡，茶水，小吃，为住客考虑得很周到。”

“Hôtel est très bien situé près de la gare. On a eu un super accueil. Tout a était parfait, chambre propre et avec tout le nécessaire que l’on recherche, propre, confortable… mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est le personnel en général et un gros plus pour Nicole Brunner: accueillant, attentionné et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. “We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here……

"Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time."
