“We were in room 3 which was huge, it comprised of a small sitting room, bathroom and large bedroom. Bed was very comfortable, room spotless, tv in both sitting room and bedroom. Small fridge in the sitting room with milk and chilled water which was very welcome as it was extremely hot.
Breakfast was lovely, good portions, and all the staff were fantastic. We ate dinner both nights and again food was beautiful and portions were big.

“Breakfast was excellent with friendly and efficient staff.
Between midnight and 3:00am there was a great deal of drunken singing in the street. One of the revellers tapped on my bedroom window.
Perhaps this was a one time event(England vs Norway.). It wasn’t really a problem for me, but my wife, had she been there with me, would have felt threatened by this. The lack of night security should be remedied.”

“We arrived at Hawk house and were greeted by a laminated sign that explained how to check in. We called the number, but there was no response. We called the bell (several times) and eventually a young lady came to check us in. She showed us to our room and was helpful. The room was a twin room (we had booked a double).
