“Our room was lovely, suitably large with 2 good wardrobes and a light over the dressing table mirror. The mattress was very comfortable and table water was always available. Breakfast was served in the conservatory with a lovely view of the enclosed garden. We ventured away from the Full English to try the omelettes which were delicious! “It was a lovely place to stay while in Dorset. It’s an 8 minute drive to the main Weymouth beach promenade. 36 minutes from Durdle Door, 46 minutes from Sherborne Castle. The breakfast is really good and we left with full tummies ready for an adventure. However you do have to share a table with other guests at breakfast. If that is not your thing, maybe it’s not for you.”
