Downstairs there is a full kitchen, dining room, and another living room that opens up to a huge oceanfront patio and semi-private beach area (shared with one other unit).

BEACH ACCESS: The private stairs down to the beach is currently inaccessible. Alternative beach access is150 feet north at Forester Street.
