The property is very well kept, spacious, and inviting. Very quiet at night. Quick and friendly response from property managers. We were not fond of the vehicle traffic on the strand but I suppose that comes with the location and Oceanside culture. The beach was lovely and well kept. ##### Kathleen D. The unit was big and roomy and stocked with everything you need for your stay! Very very clean! Very safe and secure w underground parking! Couple minor issues with water pressure, loose faucet handle and torn slider screens but nothing to ruin your stay. Every year has been wonderful and we look forward to returning. It’s within walking distance to everything we could ever need. Even a Catholic Church for Sunday mass. Water pressure in the master bedroom was not the greatest but it did its job :) The other showers were just fine. They had everything you needed to enjoy the beach! Umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, wagon (which you really don’t need since the beach is only a hop, skip away). Everything was in walking distance! I would definitely be coming back again! Our family enjoyed the home and location very much and was able to create memories. ##### Brittney L. It is fully equipped with all needed amenities and the layout was perfect for our group. Although no complaints, the unit could use some enhancements and repairs. Also the doors to the balcony were not easy to secure and it would have been useful to use an elevator as some family members had health issues. In fact we loved it so much we added an extra night. Everything exceeded my expectations from cleanliness to the outstanding view. The location is walking distance to the pier, restaurants and stores. There were 3 couples and everyone had their own space. The property management was very quick to respond (had minor questions) and check in and out was easy. Was nice to have 2 assigned parking spaces, in a garage with no space issues. Everyone felt at home here and really enjoyed themselves. If I had any issues would say they should have labeled the broken oven and microwave that looked really nice but did not work. They had another microwave that worked great. However the toaster oven was not the best and made cooking dinner a bit more challenging. There is a trick to get hot water circulating but tip from property maintenance person helped fix the issue. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would come here again. ##### Dan W. Great property and great location. Right on the coast so great view. Technically, you could swim by walking out the front door and walking 30 feet to the ocean but it’s too rocky. Best to walk about 2/3 mins to the designated beach area where the pier is located. This place was just as nice as the pics. The only problem we had was the master shower had weak water pressure and sometimes only had cold water. However, there are 2 other showers so not a big deal to use the other showers. I actually just used the master shower the whole time still since didn’t mind. Overall, exceeded our expectations and was perfect family beach vacation. ##### Bennie C. There is a small road between you and the beach. There are two parking spaces in a garage below the building. The garage is gated. There are really two master suites. One is towards the back. It has a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a small fridge and microwave. There's access to a private patio (non-ocean facing). The other master has 2Q and has a sitting area. Sliding doors open to the ocean. It has a large bathroom with tub and a shower. The living room also opens to the ocean. This was a great property for our family. We spent a lot of time in San Diego, so we only explored Seaside a little. We did watch surfers and dolphins daily from our patio. This property would be ideal for a family who wanted to watch the water with lots of great resteraunts nearby or a family who wanted to surf or play in the ocean everyday. It is a little rocky for small children directly across from the condo. A quick walk towards the pier will put you in a sandier area for little ones. May 20, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication #### Beautiful view, but loud & timed hot showers The view was beautiful but we couldn’t enjoy much because neighbors were smoking marijuana most of the peak times. Was able to get some view time of the ocean but consistant traffic during the day with loud music from cars. The house as beautifully decorated and stocked with needed items. But the doors to the patio were hard to open and close. The worst was all showers had be turned on for a long time prior to getting in to scolding hot water for a few minutes, then to cold water. If you can keep your showers quick , it may work. Beautiful family area for space and gathering. Garage led right to rental and was very convenient. Sep 5, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great upscale place on the beach This is a really nice 3 bed/ 3 bath condo right on the beach. There is a one-way road (strand) in front of the house, but the sounds of the waves take care of any road noise. Very upscale, very well-appointed. The back bedroom has its own door to the outside and an ensuite. Note that the back patio is pretty small, and out the back is up a hill (thus you can't access from the street to the east, except via staircase to the south). The unit is all on the ground floor, there is a bit of a ramp-up to the unit that could be a challenge for those who have limited mobility. There is an elevator in the unit, but we were not allowed to use it. The parking is in the basement and the front balcony is over the garage entrance (not a sound issue). I would imagine maintenance is a challenge being right on the water. This site could use some focus on maintenance inside and out - several "little" things that don't take away from the experience could be fixed. ##### Virginia C. The pros, Great View Great Beach Access at low tide only (which is true for all of Oceanside) Clean everyone has a bathroom Decent kitchen set up Comfortable sofa and plenty of space for a family Parking garage and secure entry was a plus Cons -Beds are very hard -Very loud most of the time in the master bedroom. People and cars until 1am and starts again at 5am all week-loud car music, talking, street cleaning, garbage pick up under unit (this is an issue for the Strand) -all of the shower controls are broken. You get extreme hot water or cold. The master bath control was the only one that regulated water temp right. -dishwasher did not clean dishes -fire pit was broken -outdoor furniture pictured has been changed out for small sofa and no outdoor dinning table This unit was overall okay but needs maintenance as other reviewers have pointed out. ##### Leah T.
