- True oceanfront living starts at this spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo
located directly on The Strand — as close to the Pacific as you can get in Oceanside! With panoramic wall-to-wall glass doors framing the coastline, the living area is bathed in natural light and filled with the soothing sound of the waves, creating an immersive beachfront atmosphere from sunrise to sunset.
Perfect for families or groups, this condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Three bedrooms feature king beds, while the fourth includes a full-size bunk bed, and the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility. Each room is equipped with individual mini-split heating and air conditioning units, ensuring personalized comfort year-round.
The fully stocked kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals while enjoying stunning ocean views. When it’s time to unwind, step onto your private beachfront deck or head to the rooftop deck, where a private spa and plenty of seating await—ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails under the stars.
Additional conveniences include two assigned parking spaces in the underground garage and an in-unit washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays or easy clean-ups after a beach day.
With unbeatable proximity to the sand and surf, plus easy walking access to The Strand and Oceanside Pier, this modern beachfront condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location for an unforgettable coastal getaway.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals will not accept additional payments via Airbnb. These fees include, but not limited to, fees incurred from Early Check-Ins, Late Checkouts, Dog Cleaning, and Lost and Found returns. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the premises; any violations will result in a $500 penalty. All guests will be required to submit the registration form emailed immediately after the booking.
