This was for a special birthday and I wanted my family around. There was plenty of space for 10 people. The first bedrooms sink had a drainage issue, but that happens with sand. The only suggestion I would make is to install a timed shower outside to get rid of the sand. There is a palm tree on south east corner that could be replaced by a shower. It was really cold and space heaters were provided for every room, which was good because it was really cold. The rooms were really nice and loved that each had its own bathroom. The only thing that was tough to navigate was the fake and frosted wall in between two of the rooms. Otherwise, we had 6 people staying there and it was plenty spacious. We had plenty of room for our large extended family (between the two condos) and the location was PERFECT! It couldn't have been better. City of Oceanside was dredging the beach directly in front of the building. This meant 1-4 LARGE CAT bulldozers all day AND night. Blocked the view and NO ocean access from the unit. This along with bunk beds in one room instead of a full bed and a hot tub that was empty when we arrived really put a damper on things. It turns out that the hot tub needed replacement which was done the day before we left. We should have been warned about the dredging and requested a partial refund, which was ignored. They did offer to change out the bunk bed but once settled we really didn’t want workers coming into the unit. ##### Michael B. The location can not be beat as it's on a stretch of beach without those big rocks, and with lots of sand, which is very hard to find in Oceanside. Being able to just walk out of the condo and cross the street to the ocean is really amazing. The condo itself was super comfortable and spacious. Lots of great amenities. I have one thing I would change and that's to have some kind of foot rinsing station on the outside of the building. Other than that it's pretty perfect! We had one hiccup with the AC and they had it fixed within an hour. ##### Joy W.
