Just a quick walk to the beach and ocean view from deck outside front door! This 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath end unit is located in Grandview. 2nd floor walk up. Patio furniture available for deck. Shared barbeque grills and in-ground pool available onsite. 2 parking spaces included. No pets, no smoking in unit. Weekly rates only, nightly not available.

Great stay

I highly recommend this wonderful vacation rental. It is large, clean and extremely well situated steps from the beach. The beds are confortable and the bed linens and towels are of great quality. The unit has everthing you need for a great family stay.

Amazing stay!

Very nice spacious condo right off the beach. A very calm and not crowdy area. Nice pool even though we couldn’t use it the last 2 days due to chemicals. You have everything we needed for a nice family stay. 30mins walk of the pier. Enjoyed very much and looking forward to rent it again next year! :)
