Not having someone on site and having to use codes to get in is a little annoying.
Parking nearby was fine.

Hotel is very warm and cozy. As soon as you see the decorated front entrance you know this is going to be special. Location is perfect if you’re going on a cruise and many choices of restaurants in the surrounding area. The Staff was SUPERB

We were so impressed with the rooms and amenities. All rooms were very large, clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was very nice. The location to old Quebec City was fantastic, close to many restaurants, the street with the umbrellas and waterfront, where you could catch a cruise or just stroll and enjoy the serenity. We will definitely be back. Parking was close by and check in was very easy.
