Worst stay ever. Arrived prior to 9pm. No staff at front desk, private info printed on paper, with room key & number visible to anyone who came to desk (with about 6 other peoples info) called out to get help, no one anwered, it was unstaffed. Went to a man sitting in a chair across the lobby and asked he worked there he said yes, didnt speak fluent english, was difficult to completed info he wanted, he said put form on counter-(not my job!!) I threw it into the office desk, so no one could see my private data. Said wifi in every room- NO WIFI, every guest I spoke to never had access. You could log in but it always said- no internet. (this is in a remote town where the property owners KNOW there is no cell service!) I wanted to ask the desk about it but it was unstaffed, and there was no phone number to call for help from the in room phones (so not really 24hr staffing). (another guest was complaining about a mouse in his room that was on the first floor) A box for a hair drier was in the room, but no dryer-Also other guests items were left in the drawers. VERY dark no outside lights on porch as we walked into hotel/lobby area, tripped twice leaving lobby to go to car. Lobby area very dimly lit, almost like no one was there. Not enough parking had to park on the street. Some of the towels were like rags, ripped edges, fabric pulling away. Something splashed on walls-possibly food. Would not stay here again, or book through expedia if this is 4.5 star hotel!
