“Arsene was excellent to work with. He met us at the condo and showed us everything. He was super responsive during our stay. Condo is located really close to University of Chicago, where our daughter had a college swim meet.”

“We stayed for 4 days for the ACDC concert. It was a cute little place. People all around were friendly. A big suggestion when you arrive. Go to the side door not the front door. We had a very friendly maintenance man named Berto! Only a few issues to note. The pillows were terrible! Not alot around to walk to but there was a few grocery stores. ”

“The Luv Happii House is adorable. This was an A experience. The house is newly renovated and absolutely spotless. The decor is so cute, retro-chic. Whether you are into the theme of the house or not makes no difference, it’s a great stay. The townhome community is older, very well kept up with manicured lawns and mature trees. Very quiet community. We enjoyed our stay and host was very thoughtful and responsive. ”
