“My stay at McCormick Place Guest House was great and offered good value compared to hotels. I would recommend you contact the guest house well in advance to organize check-in - I sorted that out about a week before my stay and got very clear, easy to follow instructions. They were also able to help me get back into the house after I checked out but realized I had left something important back at the house.
