Old & needs update. Front desk clerk for the most part was of no help, unapologetic & basically just inconsiderate. Safe in room was stuck open & could not use. Stayed for 3 nights, room not serviced after the 2nd night. Booked thru Expedia & hotel tried to bill us more that $27 than our booking agreed amount.

The shower was nasty, the floor had a big crack in it and whatever they used to tape over it, mold and gross stuff was growing underneath it. Smelled, large cracks down the corner of the wall, was expecting to see bugs coming in at night, but thankfully did not. Paid over $300 due to college World Series. Robbery!

The TV was buffering and cutting out the whole time we were there on all channels. We asked for extra pillows, but was told there was none. The breakfast went from 4:00AM to 9:00 AM; start later and go until at least to 10.
