"I had a great experience staying at the Omak Inn. Check-in was quick and easy—I’d made a reservation online, and all they needed was my ID, last name, and credit card. Within minutes, I had my room keys, was informed of the property rules, and given details about the complimentary services. The stay was comfortable and everything went smoothly. Check-out was just as simple, and I enjoyed the included breakfast before hitting the road. One thing that really stood out: I had accidentally left behind a pair of hiking boots. The staff reached out to me later that day, but I was out of service range. Once I reconnected, they kindly offered to mail the boots to my home at no charge. That kind of thoughtfulness really made an impression. Overall, I give Omak Inn an A++. Friendly service, smooth experience, and a level of care you don’t always find. Highly recommended!"

"Had Extended stay in Grand Coulee for work for over 2 months. This house made it like home. Comfort is the word! I've stayed in other places in Grand Coulee as well, nothing compares. You'll spend the same amount and live in comfort! Fully stocked kitchen and grill outside for all your cooking needs. I can't recommend this property enough! The owner, Debbie, is also a pleasure to work with. Communication and attentiveness is top notch!"

"Property was not cleaned. Dirty linens were piled on beds and kitchen counter. Dirty towels were left in bathroom. The Vacasa placard indicated the last maid service was May 9 - over a month prior to our arrival. We contacted Vacasa, who indicated the local team would be contacting us and arriving to clean the space. We never heard from them, and at 11pm we were left with no choice but to spend the night in the uncleaned space. We contacted Vacasa again in the morning to indicate we were checking out immediately and would not be staying for the rest of our reservation. Our refund request is still pending feedback from the “local team,” who is completely unresponsive as far as we can tell. Be wary of staying at this property."
