“I stayed at this property for about a month as I working at a nearby facility for a maintenance turnaround. The property was very quiet at night, and everything worked as expected. Staying on Pleasure Island helped me avoid 30min of traffic every day on the MLK bridge / Port Arthur! Well worth it.The owners did a good job stocking the condo with cookware. “We enjoyed our stay. The facility is well-maintained and clean. There are nice amenities - pool, hot tub, pool furniture, work out and laundry facilities. The unit itself is tight but adequate for 2 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. There are pantry items in the cabinet above the refrigerator.
