“The A/C and the refrigerator were extremely noisy. We had to turn them off entirely to reconcile our sleep and opened the windows for ventilation but we could still hear the neighbors A/C’s. The carpet is smelly too. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful.”

“air conditioner didn't work. We moved to a clean room where AC worked but very noisy. Also noticed a man taking a shower with a garden hose, just outside the pool area. Motel was not in newer area of chico, so had a pretty "used" atmosphere about it and not well maintained. price reflected conditiopn of unit.”
