Wifi was not working for 2 days, and when we requested they moved us to 1st floor was where wifi was working. Room condition was okay. Other facilities were good, locationwise everyone all the restaurants, shops are near by.

It's a decent hotel. Just to inform you it's best to get breakfast before 8:30pm if you want waffle mix (it gets depleted quickly)

Area around the property was great. The property itself was to be desired. We stayed in room 318. Our door had to be slammed in order to close. We had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels to which the lady only wanted to give us two when our reservation was for 3 people and the room sleeps 4. The breakfast was nothing more than waffles, toast, cereal, mini muffins, and some juice. I will say that the cleaning staff were very sweet, but did not speak English, so to communicate with them you had to know Spanish. The biggest issue that I am now having is that you are required to put a $75 security deposit down on the room upon check in. No big deal. However, I have yet to get that back AND I have since seen another $50 charge on my other account. My sisters and I literally just used this room to sleep in. We were at Universal all weekend.

It was good, we were able to use the pool late. The room was good. The lobby was clean and quick. They had small selection free breakfast. It was all good. Would recommend

They gave me a dirty room with mold. I asked for another one, the other one they gave me the bed wasn’t made so I went back and ask the man in the front desk if this was all a joke. (Indian, tall and nasty attitude , hold my passport with 1 finger). Fast forward he refuse to refund me because I sat more than 2 hours in the first room, mind you I did not notice the mold/smell/and the tub until I was ready to shower. So I start going off saying I need my money, they called the police and gave me a trespassing. I was on vacation, this man ruined my vacation. I have to fought Expedia for my refunds.

I was moved to three different rooms on my vacation. The first night I was given a key to someone else's room. The second room had a water leak in the floor. They moved us but forgot to put my info down for that room. Then my room key was given to someone who try to go in at 3 in the morning.

The hotel was fine. The reception was updated, nice and inviting. The bedroom was also updated with nice, comfortable blankets and a mattress. The sheets, even though they were nice, had a little smell. I am unsure how often they wash the bedding, but it needed a wash. The bathroom was outdated and very tiny, but functional.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the lobby had a strong unpleasant smell. To reach the rooms, we had to use an elevator and push through a broken door that constantly got stuck. The key cards barely worked. The hallway carpets were filthy—full of trash, hair, stains, and even a large wet area near our room. The carpet was so soaked that water came out around our sandals when stepping on it. Inside the room, things were just as bad: the door jammed, the bathroom was dirty, the towels and sheets were stained and smelled bad, the shower had no hot water and made loud noises, and the sink faucet sprayed water everywhere. The coffee maker didn’t work, and the entire room smelled terrible. We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, but a staff member opened our room without permission. Our dog ran out, and she closed the door, leaving him loose in the hallway. Two housekeeping employees and the supervisor saw him, and none tried to help. He could have been lost. Later that night, around 2 a.m. after Halloween Horror Nights, we returned to find the emergency exit door next to our room wide open, giving direct access to the street. At the hotel entrance, a drunk person had crashed into the hotel sign. We felt completely unsafe and decided to leave and return to Miami. I would not recommend this hotel. It urgently needs improvements in cleanliness, safety, and guest respect.

Stayed here for one night and will not be back. When arrived the front desk clerk was rushing me during the check out process because the ac was off in the lobby and he was hot. The first room they checked me in was dirty, stains on the covers, roof chips falling on the carpet, smelt like mildew, dirty sink in the bathroom and dirt all on the floors, the second room had dirty towels on the floor and the room smelt like mildew and mold. Then the third room was cleaned when I first walked in until I checked the bathroom dirty towels and not stocked with the usual bathroom necessities. Then I went back to the lobby and they put me in a king room which was better than the previous three rooms I had checked before so we stayed in that room which was not the room I had originally paid for but I had settled for it since their was no other clean double rooms available at the moment. I would not stay here ever again. The experience was horrible and the hotel really needs a major improvement
