WQRrentals presents our private condos at WorldQuest Resort, an Italian themed development of luxury condominiums suites, are located in the center of the worldā€™s most famous holiday destination, situated less than a mile from Walt Disney WorldĀ®, and a short drive from Universal Studios and SeaWorld, just off International Drive South, making it the perfect central base for your Florida vacation.

Booking direct with a private owner gives you access to the best rates available at WorldQuest Resort. We do not charge any additional resort fees. All our rates are pre-paid, so no surprises. Our guests DO NOT have access to the resort pool and clubhouse amenities and therefore we pass that saving on to our guests.

So if you require a luxury 1,500 square foot condo, equipped to a very high standard as a base to explore all that the area has to offer (and letā€™s face it there just isn't time to use a pool when youā€™re just 1 mile from Disney) then our condominiums are right for you.

Our condominiums have fantastic views over the pool and pond as well as the surrounding natural woodland.

These condominiums have been designed for self catering, with luxurious fixtures and fittings and comfortable furniture, cable TV, FREE local telephone calls, FREE WiFi internet access, FREE crib and highchair and FREE parking. For your piece of mind there is even a safe fitted in the condo to store your valuables.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to self cater. We provide an ample supply of towels and linens. Every unit has a comfortable Living room, fully fitted Kitchen and Dining area. The large screened balcony has a table and chairs, allowing you to relax whilst you take in the beautiful views over the pool and pond area. Our three bed spacious condominiums boast a large King bedroom en-suite, Queen bedroom and a Twin bedroom plus a separate second bathroom.

Fantastic Location
Fantastic location close market, restaurants , outlet mall and Disney World. Veery quiet lots of parking. Cons: unable to use resorts amenities, 1 roll toilet paper, no hair dry, no shampoo or body wash. We had no wash cloths. If you need a great location to stay this a great place. If you want a little more like use of pool and amenities book with World Quest reports for the same price

Great location! Lots of room for 6 people
Unit was clean and listing on Vrbo was accurate. Location was perfect - no more then 10-15 mins to everything. Keyless entry was not working so it was replaced with lock and key. The property manager did call a day ahead of our arrival to let us know but only provided 1 key for 6 adults. Not ideal. Beautiful views from balcony where we saw alligators and turtles in lake throughout our stay. Everything was great but if I had to provide some feedback the bedding and pillows werenā€™t great. Would stay here again.

It was pretty good untilā€¦.
Check in was easy. The only issue was the alarm on the keypad lock kept going off. We figured it was user error. It stopped eventually. The view is beautiful. Lots of tiny ants in the kitchen. The entire place needs updating but itā€™s fine. Easy to get to parks from the condo. Alarm was going off again the next morning so I contacted David, the owner. He said someone would come look at it. Friday night was when it went downhill. We came back at 10pm and the keypad wasnā€™t working. I found the number to call. The lady I talked to called the owners and they decided to call a locksmith. He came at 11:15pm and asked, ā€œare you the owner? You pay for the job?ā€ I said no! The owner will be paying. He said he needed payment up front. I called the lady back. She called the owner. Owner refused to pay. I was so fed up with the owner, I got pretty angry on the phone. It was almost midnight and we have 4 kids. The owner was not nice but finally agreed to pay him upfront so he could do the work. I repeatedly (and nicely) asked for a refund for that nightā€™s stay for our trouble and he has ignored every request. The keypad was replaced with a standard lock and we had 2 keys. One was given to the people at the front desk and we forgot to leave the other one when we left. The owners charged us $250 for a lost key fee! šŸ˜” After all that, they charged us!! VRBO confirmed I am not obligated to pay! I probably wonā€™t get a refund for that night. But Iā€™ll never stay here again!

Definitely recommend staying here!
David was an awesome host and I canā€™t wait to stay here again! This Was the perfect spot for me and my girl friends for our weekend trip. The house was super clean with not a single issue. It wasnā€™t the place in the pictures(was very similar) but as he mentioned they have more than one condo so just be aware of that but like I said it was very nice and clean. The view was also super pretty and the balcony had netting all around it to prevent bugs so you could chill outside on the table. This condo is in an awesome spot-10 minutes away from pretty much everything. Disney springs was right up the road as well as Walmart and any food store. Thank you again for making our stay awesome canā€™t wait to be back!

Close to activities, but read the fine print
We stayed at the property for several nights. The condo is a bit dated and doesnā€™t get much natural light, but it was a ultimately just a place to sleep while we were town. The master bedroom and bathroom have what appears to be significant water damage, both in the bathroom and the bedroom. The toilet doesnā€™t flush well and the shower drains very slowly. The remote for the living Room TV doesnā€™t work, either. We had to request check-in instructions less than 24 hours before we arrived, and no-check out instructions were provided at all. We asked to arrive two hours before stated check in time and were told it would be an additional $49, which was frustrating,, but we arrived when we arrived, so we didnā€™t have much choice other than to accept the charge. Communication with the property manager was neither quick nor helpful. The best thing this place has going for it is its proximity to other places. But read the fine printā€”you cannot take advantage of things like the pool or the gym.

Surprised, and not in a good way!
When we booked the property we assumed we were getting the one that we saw in the pictures, but it was far from it. The paint was chipped, the furniture was worn and had holes in it, we wouldn't even sit on it until we put a sheet down, the burners were not even attached to the stove, we found a broken cup in the corner of the kitchen, the refrigerator had rust on it, along with the closet next to it, our bedroom had black stuff up at towards the ceiling, hoping it wasn't black mold, and the blinds hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, the table on the patio had chipped paint all over the top of it, etc. It was definitely not what we expected. Every other rental we have rented with other people we have gotten exactly what they pictured. I think to picture this nice place and then rent out one that needs a fair amount of work is poor practice on their part and very deceptive. The location was perfect to where we needed to be, but that was about it.

The condo appeared to be kept in very good shape overall upon arrival (although we arrived very late after a long day of traveling). one of the sinks in the master bedroom was held up by 2x4's, There was visible water damage and mold at the base of the shower on the exterior wall, there was evidence of a water leak in the window in the master bedroom with visible mold growth on the window frame and baseboards. The kitchen had some kind of small bug infestation around the sink. The furnace filter and the door to the furnace filter room were not very clean. I informed the management company the day after our arrival and they asked to send out thier maintenance tech to change the furnace filter and repair the window, they changed the filter, but the window and other issues will require alot more time and attention. The response from the management was rapid and adequate, although they should have been aware of, and addressed these issues prior to my arrival. Even though these issues were present, i wouldnt hesitate to rent this condo again, provided those issues were addressed. The location of this condo is great and very close to all of the parks in the area.

I loved the resort but I still had some concerns: 1. The lights in the kitchen didn't work.
The screen on the patio had a hole in it as well as the screen in the master bedroom. 3. The smoke detector was broken in the master bedroom and we had to buy own on washcloths because there wasn't any there to use.

Unfortunately this was not a pleasant experience. The place was left dirty and with no supplies to do our own cleaning. Food left in the microwave, stained toilets, dirty walls, and hair from previous tenants in many places. After communicating each issue with the property management company and owner they came out to clean again, but none of the areas listed were even fixed. After second cleaning there was still food in the microwave and dirty toilets! No dish soap or hand soap, and a used roll of toilet paper. I would not count that as start-up supplies as in the listing.

Overall great place!
One thing they don't tell you about is the view!! Gorgeous view of a river and trees that go for miles! Pleasant surprise for us when we got there. The beds were comfortable as well as the couch. Very spacious. Our only troubles were a couple things. One morning we woke up to ants in some of our food and had to be thrown away. The shower in the master doesn't drain well so the water ends up staying around your ankles pretty fast so you have to shower very quick. Overall, great experience and I'd be more than happy to stay here again!
