Gemstone House 13 Bed Rm 11 bath. w/ Pool and lake brand new 30 guests

A brand new home just started July 2021. Total of 20 beds. You will sleep comfortably on $2000 reclining mattresses Sleeps 29 guests you can have 18 adults in 7 king size beds and 2 queen all electric reclining, and 2 full size beds for teens and 9 total single beds (1 triple bunk bed 2 double bunk beds and a single bunk bed)

Party lights are available in the living room including a great 3D surround sound system and also available party lights in the Diamond club ( 2nd floor) and the pool area. The lights can be synced to the music to greatly enhance the experience. You can choose for Alexa to play any music/ video or song you like. The 85 inch Tv can play any movie or broadcast you would like to watch. And all can be controlled by voice command or use of a remote. Ā The heated pool and jacuzzi overlooking the pond has 2 large Tvs and Beautiful Ā furniture and extensive party lighting and ping pong table.

This home is a smart house that uses computer to order by voice to turn lights off and on and TV's and Ā fans. In addition the theater in which you can order the computer to watch any show you want also with voice command or remote. This house started renting in July 2021, very clean and lots of games . The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and there is a stroller car seat and hi chair for babies . Also available is a starter kit of soaps and shampoos all you need is food to cook or just to order out. You can use voice commands to order groceries and pizza ect...

The Gem stone House . com has hybrid hypoallergenic mattresses, and pillows. All rooms have retractable ceiling fans with three color lights to fit the mood. All bathrooms have bidets. All master bathroom suites are equipped with electronic remote bidets; Lilted faucets to let you know the water temperature and vanity seating. There are two full-size washers and a dryer upstairs and downstairs.

Upstairs, the game room ā€œBlack Diamond Clubā€ has a billiard table, air hockey table, 2 full 44-inch linked race car arcades, a 44-inch screen Terminator arcade, a jumbotron with 4 mounted TVs, and a lounge area overlooking the pond. And party lights.

A mirrored workout room/gym is equipped with a treadmill, bicycle, and other workout equipment.

Childrenā€™s wing upstairs includes 4 bedrooms, having 11 beds. And the toy story room has a space shuttle bunk bed ( new addition) that lights up by voice to simulate the space shuttle take-off. The toy story bedroom has a 2 set of twin bunk beds (5 beds) and contains a secret kids tunnel which leads into the kids playroom . The kids playroom includes a large enclosed twisted slide; two multi arcade games, karaoke and more. The candy land-themed bedroom has twin bunk beds which resembles a cozy cottage house

This house offers a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. All floors, except for the bedrooms, are tiled or marbled. Also, there are 23 TVs throughout the house, including an 85-inch TV in the living room Ā The living and dining rooms are modeled with diamond simulated furniture that can seat 35 people.

The theatre seats 14 people and includes several display windows that reflect a starburst moving field to simulate a moving starship in space. There is a 4k projector with 5-million-pixel resolution 2400 luminous and a 135-inch screen with a 3D Dolby Atmos sound system 2000w 9.2 surround sound that shakes the house! An amazing lighting system will give you an experience that is truly out of this world.
This resort is Strategically Located between all the major parks. It's no more than 20 minutes from Disney or SeaWorld or Universal studios. It is in an area designed for tourists with fun activities such as ice skating, escape rooms, alligator lake tours, miniature gulf, go-karts, bowling centers, haunted houses, more restaurants than I could count, and shows for kids and adults. Only one mile from Walmart, Publix. The gemstone house is less than one year old and it's built for that specific purpose . It's a gated and guarded resort. It has a huge swimming pool with slides for kids and a very nice workout center and a clubhouse. The name of the resort is Verandah palms. You will get codes to access all the amenities for free. Business Gathering- Fantastic Property!
Came here for a business conference with co-workers. An amazing property and exactly as described. Wahid is a highly attentive host and prepared to assist at any hour of the day or night. He is expressly clear about this policy and wants to make the stay great. So many bedrooms, each with amenities, tvā€™s and bathrooms. We had a chef and bartender for a dinner. There was much in the way of cookware and accommodations for a small function. Thanks again to Wahid for all of the attention and concern for our stay! Weā€™ll come again to the Gemstone House

Wow!
We stayed here for a week with friends and family. What a house! So much space for everyone to spread out. The game room was a huge bonus. The arcade games were a blast! The house was as advertised. I spent lots of time in the enormous theater room watching college basketball. There were no major issues or concerns. The owner, Wahid was very responsive and always willing to assist. We travel to this area 1-2 times a year and have never felt the need to rent the same house twice, but since staying in The Gemstone house we might rethink this moving forward.

Daughter's wedding celebration
The gemstone house was just as advertised from it's spaciousness to all it's features. We couldn't be happier with this house it made our daughter's wedding celebration a huge success. Wahid was a great host, he took the time to explain the many features of the house and even checking on us just incase we needed anything. We look forward to renting the gemstone house again. Business trip turned into family fun
A 3 day business trip turned into a family fun environment for myself and our guests. This house is perfect for any occasion. It is eqquipped with the most up to date technologies. Even for a person like me that is not to knowledgeable in that department could figure everything out. The layout of the home is amazing. Many bedrooms spread throughout to be able to sleep all of your guests comfortably, but also the entertainment rooms are large enough to have everyone all together. State of the art movie theater was a hit on our last night. The beds and furniture were all first class. This beautiful estate was well designed and decorated. Thank you for the great communication. We look forward to rebooking our next stay.

Best vacation home ever
The house was incredible with all the fun arcade games, pool table, ping pong table and televisions and comfortably slept 20 adults for our stay. But that wasnā€™t what made our stay perfect. It was Wahib that made sure we had everything we needed while we were there and even checked in to make sure we made it home safely. Great person and recommend this house to anyone.

This house was beautiful. There was enough space for my entire family to sleep comfortably with approximately 16 people ranging from infancy to adulthood. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The owner Wahid was responsive and constantly in contact with us through the entire process to ensure we made it in and were settled properly. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Truly a GEM!
This property was as described and more! The Gemstone house looks even more beautiful in person and worked perfectly for our large group. Wahid is a Super Host. He goes above and beyond as a host to make sure that your stay is exactly what you expect it to be. Wahid gives you a personal tour upon arrival which makes you feel more comfortable with controlling the smart home and navigating through all the homeā€™s features. The amount of detail that Wahid has put into this home is very impressive. The Gemstone theme throughout the house is unique, elegant and fun. Every picture we took in the house looked like we were at a professional photo studio because of the beautiful curtains, marble floors, Black Diamond and White Diamond walls. The house is located on a resort, but we were having so much fun that we never left the house to explore the resort. The house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation with private pool, large theatre, game room, home gym, and plenty of space to always be comfortable. The 2 refrigerators and dishwashers were extremely helpful. There are also crockpots, Keurig coffee machines, toasters and other appliances accessible. The beds at this house are amazing! The beds are pure high end luxury comfort! There is also a laundry room on both floors. We did not have any issues with this house and had no need to call anyone for assistance during our entire stay. I would highly recommend vacationing at this home. It will definitely be memorable!

I hesitate to make this review because of selfish reasons! Giving it the great review that it deserves will result in more people booking it and I NEED it to be available for us when we return next year. First and foremost this house is amazing! We traveled with 9 couples and were there for several days and not once did we feel crowded....we could easily lose people in this house. The amount of detail that Wahid has put into this home is beyond anything we have ever seen before. The gemstone theme took it to the next level and made room assignments a breeze! The house is a smart home and although it took a little getting used to, it was easy to control everything in the house. The fact that Wahid gives you a personal tutorial upon arrival is a great plus. The house has everything you can ask for including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two washer and dryer sets, a mini fridge upstairs and more. My personal favorite room in the house was the theater! Part of our agenda included a date day, several couples (myself included) decided to have our date at the house because there was no need for us to leave! We encountered a few minor issues during our stay but Wahid was a simple text message away and had maintenance men at the ready to address any issues that we had. Even his maintenance men were accommodating stating "if you have any other issues, just call Wahid and he'll call us...we'll be right over". This has been our best VRBO experience by far! The host was there when we arrived he gave us a tour of the house. The house is very nice I would stay again. The grill didnā€™t work but he said that he was going to replace it with a new one. The pool area could had been a little more clean just had use floaty left. But overall the house was very nice.

Great for kids and family
The house layout was great. Wahid was awesome with communications. It is definitely a vacation rental so you don't feel like you are in someone's house. I didn't like all the construction going on, but once that is done it will be great. Clubhouse was nice. Close to everything.

Great stay for large group
The property was as described and worked wonderfully for our large group. Lots of space and rooms are spread out. The house has only been around for a year, but it is very worn in some areas- which is expected with the amount of use this house has gotten- I think it is a popular destination and I would highly recommend. Wahid was prompt at communicating and answered any questions that we had along the way. He goes above and beyond as a host to make sure that your stay is exactly what you want it to be.

Amazing House ā€” Amazing Family Experience!
Following the blessing of our relationship in the church, we wanted to bring our families together for the first time. We had three children under 12, four teenagers, and eight adults. The Gemstone House had enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own room and bath. The younger children weā€™re thrilled with their themed rooms ā€”StarWars, Candyland, and Toy Story ā€” all with lighting features and decor that made them feel very special. The adult bedrooms were beautiful! All were decorated in their gemstone theme and reflected unexpected amenities. And everyone enjoyed the arcade room with pool, air hockey, and arcade games that appealed to young and old alike. For our purpose in bringing everyone together, it was great to see adults, children, and teens having opportunity after opportunity to interact together. I did most of the cooking for our time together, so really appreciated the two refrigerators and two dishwashers! I loved that we were able to sit 15 people around a table and have meal time together. We had movie night in the beautiful theater with surround sound that was amazing. Of course, the pool and spa were well used. It was hot when we were there! We were able to be in the pool or play ping-pong outside at the same time we watched a football game (or two) on one of two outdoor TVs. One of the things that made it most successful was Wahid, the owner. He was thorough in his orientation, responded immediately to any question, and even made a return trip back to help us get the best use of the theater room. The house is a very smart house, and Wahid had command instructions in various rooms to help us along! My granddaughter had a birthday celebration when we were there, and he had made a playlist with happy birthday and other songs that she would enjoy. Actually, they had the lyrics on the large TV screen, so she and her two brothers used the karaoke machine to sing along! All in all, I canā€™t say enough good things about this experience. It was perfect for us, and we have talked about going back for another family reunion. Iā€™m certain we will re-commit to more time in the Gemstone House in the future. I canā€™t imagine that anyone would be disappointed.

Family vacation
The Gemstone House was good with the overall size and the variety of rooms available meeting our expectations. The cinema room was amazing as was the games room. The themed kids rooms were good, and was loved by our youngest members of our family. Location was also good with all parks being either 25 to 35 mins as away. Swimming pool was satisfactory with everyone enjoying relaxing and having fun Wahid, was a good host and provided a very warm welcome when we arrived and was at hand, when ever we needed any help.

What a great place to stay The location was fabulous and the house is superb. The host was very helpful and communicative. There were 14 people staying in the house and it was not anywhere near overcrowded in fact we had bedrooms to spare. The description of this house is DECEIVING! We stayed June30-July6 We were DISAPPOINTED!
3pm check-in but we was told to check-in @4.A walk through is required entering /leaving.Extra amount a day to heat the pool&jacuzzi which was told to us a week before check-in.Wahid was a good host and at times he did make attempts to take care of our issues and concerns that were brought to his attention. However,a lot of excuses were made. Found dead roach on bed 1st night he says Florida has no winter and he doesn't want to spray because of the kids. Kitchen drawer had a smashed dead ROACH. He told us he doesnā€™t have the time because he does book back to back.This house need deep cleaning and maintenance done after each guest. We noticed a lot of things were broken while we were doing our walk through of the house.Broken blinds @ patio door,broken door handle,which he did replace. Broken pool toys (water guns,pool noodles, basketball goal).Wall paper hanging off and attempts were made to tape it back up.Pool net was broken which he replaced days later.Dead bugs in pool.We had pool problem the whole stay. During our check-in walk through we told him the pool was dirty and he stated that he had professional pool people come out once a week. He also stated that he would come out the next day and have the pool area pressure washed and clean the grills, which never happened.He came one night after 8pm which was disrespectful after speaking with him that morning @ 11.He gave us a bottle of pool cleaner to pour which didnā€™t work it was worse the next day.The professionals came out July 4th and 5th (a day before our check out date), they told us mustard algae was part of the problem & the pool is only meant for 4 people.They said they informed Wahid that he should have the pool serviced twice a week because his house is always booked.He never showed for walk through he sent a text thanking me for our stay and offering a big discount for our next visit.Once he knew that I contacted VRBO he claims that we left his house messy and he refused our request and then offered us a low refund amount as long as we DID NOT post a review. We want everyone to KNOW THE TRUTH! My family nor I left the house messy.CLEANING FEE was payed which was required.Took trash out everyday,Swiffer mop was broken.Found spots all over the mattress protector which look like it has NOT been cleaned.Beds have adjustable base trash was underneath. This is a sign that the house is NOT BEING PROPERLY CLEANED.He need to be more proactive and check things.The Game Room was the best thing

AWESOME CHOICE
Booked this place because we needed space (22ppl) my family had the time if their lives. The kids went bananas with all of the games. Awesome choice if your looking for a fabulous house for a vacation.

My family was super excited about the house just based on the pictures. When we arrived they were even more amped up! Wahid was a great host and available to assist when addressing issues with neighbors. My family did not want to leave lol. Thank you Wahid for the hospitality and professionalism!

This beautiful home is first class, clean and comfortable with so many extras! The owner, Wahid, has provided entertainment for all ages with an amazing movie room, game room, kids play room, pool and hot tub jacuzzi. There was plenty of space for our entire family of 22 to gather in the main room and enjoy watching a ball game, listen to music or just catch up on each others lives. The furniture throughout the home is great quality and the adjustable beds with super comfortable mattresses gave a very good night's sleep. Access to the community pool and exercise room was an added plus. The location, of course, is excellent to visit theme parks or a short trip to Cocoa beach! There are lots of nearby possibilities for eating out. For groceries, Publix and Sams Club are close by. We highly recommend Wahid's home to others and hope to visit again in the future! He made sure we had an awesome stay!

Perfect house for a large family vacation
We had about 17 people ranging from 18 months through seniors. The house was perfect. We used every feature advertised! The teenagers loved the movie room and we all played video games and pool. The swimming pool was perfect and Iā€™m glad we paid for the heated water. We grilled one night and used the kitchen around the clock. TVs were huge, technology fun, and the 2 laundry areas were perfect. Almost all the rooms had bathrooms and the little kids loved their game room. Absolutely recommend for a large family.

Awesome for Family Disney Vacation
Our family of 22 stayed at this property and it was perfect! The owner was very responsive to making sure that we were satisfied with everything during our stay!! If you have children then this is surely the house for your vacation!! Our children were in love with the features of this home and it kept them occupied during our entire stay! I would highly recommend this home to anyone searching for a spacious vacation rental with children!! The house is AWESOME!!!!
