Out of 3 days, we only received housekeeping once, not sure why it wasn't serviced the other days, but we ran out of essentials. The hot tubs need a good cleaning.

The terrible staff, the dirty rooms, they allow dogs, and they charge you taxes for everything... taxes of taxes. I would not stay in that hotel again

The hotel room was very outdated, and had a slight smell, the shower was very stained. Beds were uncomfortable. The lobby and coffee shop were nice. The pool areas were just ok, not great enough for the daily resort fee charged, would not stay here again. The staff was friendly

The staff was amazing. Pool was very cloudy upon or stay. Mini fridge was frozen over and the fact that there wasn’t a kitchen area/ microwave in a basic room was disappointing. The food spots inside the hotel was the best part.

This is my third time at this Resort. It has always been a great experience. Love the location, restaurant, and staff. The rooms are spacious. Pool area is well kept and offer entertainment Will recommend to anyone especially if visiting Seaworld. You can just cross over and walk to the park.

This is a great hotel with many amenities as well as conference centers. The rooms are slightly dated but overall its a nice, clean fun place to be. The food is amazing, very pricey but well done. There are many great more affordable restaurants within a 5 minute drive also. We walked to Seaworld entrance in 7 minutes.
