Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location I recently stayed at this hotel for a business conference, and while the location is perfect and close to everything in the Orlando area, my overall experience was very disappointing. First, the hotel was dirty with trash in the parking lot. Upon check-in, I had to request a change of room because the first room had a strong smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Additionally, the lights in that room were not working, making it pitch black. After being moved to a new room, I had to park in the back parking lot, which reeked of urine. The hallways leading to the rooms were dirty with trash scattered on the floor. Although the new room did not smell of smoke and the lights were working, it had its own issues. The curtains were torn, the door was finicky to lock and had multiple holes, there was no toilet paper (I had to use tissues), no hangers, and no iron. Overall, it felt very shady and unsafe. On a positive note, the customer service was good. The staff was polite, helpful, and timely in their service, which I appreciated. However, if you are considering this hotel, be aware that you might encounter significant cleanliness and maintenance issues, which could affect your comfort and peace of mind during your stay.

I made a reservation for a non smoking room since my kids have a really bad case of asthma. The room stink like smoke so bad, as soon as I opened the door I knew we were staying there. The front desk new as soon as they saw my face that we weren’t staying there and they said to come back in a few months after their renovations. I don’t think I’ll come back there.

This hotel staff was friendly, but the hotel itself was poorly maintained and not cleaned, it smelled once we walked into the room, and cockroach running around in the bathroom floor.

It’s a dump. Paint peeling, carpet looks like it should have been replaced 10 years ago. Outside kind of gross and dank. Ripped curtains, stains, etc. crappy old furniture that looks like it came from Goodwill. You get what you pay for. On the upside, bed is mushy but okay and clean. The staff guy was really nice. Pool is okay. They are apparently renovating and god knows it needs it.

Extremely dirty carpet, water damage in bathroom, bad TV reception, shower set up wrong - water sprayed all over floor. No hair dryer, were given one when we asked. It didn't work. 2 hangers, few towels, gap under door. Lamp was broken, faucet loose and leaky. No microwave or fridge. Shady people hanging around hotel alot. Pool was really nice and hardly ever used but also never cleaned the 6 days we were there. $3.50 for 1 washer load, same for one dryer load. Front desk didn't have quarters. (could use CC)
