This hotel is a disaster. When we arrived there were no rooms. They did not contact us to tell us. There were no other available rooms in Orlando and my family had to sleep in our car.

We spent only one night at the hotel. We were upgraded to a room with a better view when we arrived. The interiors are beautiful and the room and bed were comfortable. We had a subpar experience with our (pre-ordered) room service breakfast the next morning, but management took care of our bill and we’re wholly apologetic. Overall, it was a good stay. 4 out of 5 stars.
