Not at all what we expected
The condo is rundown and extremely dirty. For a place that charges a crazy amount for cleaning fee the place was not even remotely clean. The floor was absolutely dirty, when wiping crumbs the baby spilled the paper towel was black! The shower head in the master is hanging off the wall and rusted. The handle for the shower was broken and had mold. The sponge in the kitchen was smelly and old, we had to buy new ones. There was nail clippers and lighters in the dresser drawers and used food in the pantry and fridge that shouldā€™ve been discarded before our check in. The furniture was old and ripped and smelly. They charge a high cleaning fee but expect you to strip the beds and dump your trash in the dumpster. They expect the dishwasher to be emptied with the dishes in the cabinets. This is not a place I would return to again especially for the amount of money we paid to stay here and the amount for the cleaning fee.

GREAT LOCATION
It was a great place to stay and definitely recommend it to anyone with a big family going to Disney. It was nice to not all be on top of one another in a tiny space. The kids loved the Mickey and Minnie room also. The master bedroom was awesome with the attched bathroom.

Property was clean, check in was easy, the pictures in the photos make it look ALOT nicer than the acutal property. It was fine but just not what I expected to see when I got there. Overall I was happy with the stay, the price was reasonalbe and probably what it should be with the way the property was.

We had a very good experience. At check in (which was very late due to flight delay), I notice one of the toilet was leaking but it was fixed the next day with no further issues. Very good location for grocery shopping, restaurants, and Disney World

It was a great location and clean. But everything was so outdated. The lighting was bad the lights was so dim. And the bathtub faucets needs replaced. Better decor and get rid of fake flowers (dust collectors) But would stay again because of the location and cleanliness.

The good with the bad. Good: The size of this place was fabulous! We only had one child with us, but this would be a decent size place for a larger family. In a good location for accessing shops, restaurants, etc. Bad: I donā€™t know if theyā€™re in the middle of remodeling/decorating but there were a lot of things that were broken. The kitchen faucet was not attached to the counter, the blinds did not open and close in most rooms, and the bed frame made a noise every time you moved (literally). The neighbor above was quite loud, but thatā€™s expected when you live under someone. Overall, the place was fine but I donā€™t think we would stay there again.

Feel like there should have been a welcome not stating where to locate trash units rather than having to locate them ourselves around the neighborhood. Unit has termites as we couldnā€™t cook in peace nor enjoy time on the couch in the living room, the guest shower had long pieces of hair which wasnā€™t any of ours . Still trying to understand the cleaning fee when we had to do majority of the work that would be included into the fee .. Overall if the termites are treated , then this unit would be absolutely great .

Very nice condo
Very clean and nice place. It had comfortable couches and beds, very good WiFi, reliable air conditioning, and all the essentials in terms of linens etc. The pool and hot tub were nice, clean and not crowded, and the staff person in the clubhouse was very friendly and helpful. If someone wanted to cook there it could use better pots and pans, and the microwave has seen better days. We had to shop right after we arrived because there was almost no toilet tissue in the house, so the cleaning people should replenish when they clean up. Overall we were very pleased with the condo.

Think twice
If your looking for a cute place to relax in the sun by the pool , this isnā€™t it! After finally finding the location of the pool, as you wonā€™t find a property map or welcome binder here, we were told the pool is closed until at least 3/18, as it failed inspection. What is even more disappointing is that both the property owner and manager were aware of this but neglected to share. The pictures in this listing are deceiving. The couch needs to be replaced as after sitting on it you are left with pieces of it attached to you. It says it is a non-smoking property but yet there are a gazillion cigarette butts outside the front door scattered everywhere and the smell of smoke hits you when you enter this home. The ceiling in the living room has several patched areas that look horrible. Someone decided to pain over the wallpaper on the bar to the kitchen but then just stopped and did so haphazardly. The picture shows another television in the Master bedroom but there isnā€™t one. Started to put my belongings away and found the dresser drawers to have someoneā€™s hair left behind. The trash was overflowing in every dumpster for the entire extended weekend and the community is dated and close to the main road making it noisy. Speaking of noises, the neighbors upstairs are very loud and up all hours making it difficult to sleep. I emailed property manager and no response, sent a text and they responded like they were gonna help me and then just stopped and then told me to reach out to Evolve. I shared my concerns to include photos and was basically told oh well by the owner. I have rented several other vrbo properties and this was the worst experience of all.

Unclean town home...the water was shut off during the last day of our stay
I would not ever rent this property due to the unclean environment the towels and bedding were old and used. They need to buy new linen and the pictures aren't realistic...all facts. I contacted the owner and he didn't respond with any care or concern regarding the water being shut off during the last day of our stay...needless to say I had to get on the road without taking a proper bad. The owner should have refunded me my money for at least the last day. They wanted to give me money towards another property...not interested

Even when you logged on to there wireless still no service so makes it hard when u are from out of town and want to look locations or attractions up. Do not rent this condo
The condo has major water damage that they have not fixed. Also the last day we were there they shut the water off. We were unable to take showers or use the restroom. The furniture is tiny and only allows maybe 3 people on the couch. The pictures make it look 10x better than the actual condo. I was very disappointed for the amount of money we spent to stay here. I would not rent it again nor would I recommend this unit to anyone !!!

Excellent stay for the price!
When we arrived at the property we had no trouble going in and getting everything set up everything upon entering the home was very clean and organized. The owner had things such as games, movies, and books for the children to enjoy. The property does have a tennis court, pool, and hot tub, however it doesnā€™t appear anyone truly uses it much. The TV in the master bedroom does not work, but Everything else was in tip top shape. They also have dishes for your cooking connivence and the best part is that it right down the rd from old town, Disney, and Sea world l! The property is in a nice location and very quite neighborhood. This was definitely worth our time and was money well spent.
