Sip a morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the adjacent marsh from this charming Cape Cod vacation rental home! The main floor of this home holds the spacious primary bedroom with king bed and en suite bath with shower. The well equipped large kitchen with seating for four will delight the chef in your group. Adjacent to this you will find a dining room with seating for 6. Across the hall is a lovely sitting room followed by a family room with 50" TV and a sleeper sofa. A full bath with a tub is also on this level. Climb the stairs to find two additional bedrooms (one with a full, one with two twin beds) and a full bathroom with a tub. Conveniently located just moments to the dining and shopping of downtown Orleans and feet to the busy fishing fleet and beach at Rock Harbor, this home has all the makings for your next Cape Cod retreat! There is driveway parking for 4 cars. 3 night minimums are available with an added $225 cleaning fee. Save on the cleaning fee by booking 7 consecutive nights or more. Be sure to enjoy the brand new outdoor shower, new for 2024! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Great place!

Lovely old house in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood very close to Rock Harbor Beach. The host didn't know there were beach chairs on the property, and didn't let us know there was a grill. Also the stove is ancient--one burner doesn't work and a second burner emits sparks when you try to use it. But overall we will definitely be returning!
