Had very loud people next to us that were yelling and screaming until 2am....it then started again at 5:30am. We told them at the front desk and they had us move everything to another room instead of dealing with the loud guests. Ice machines almost always out of ice.

Had a insect in our room and receptionist gave an excuse of having it at home. First room had a strong odor. Switched to another room and woke up with an insect on bed. Clicked picture in case needed.

Pool was closed for a week in July, only 1 restaurant in the area. While the 1 bedroom suite had 2 queen beds in it, one of the beds was right up against the AC fan so when it came on it would blow right on my face which made it very difficult to sleep. I recommend moving the bed to the other side of the room if you're going to have 2 queen beds in there. Also the pool was closed unexpectedly. While I understand things come up, this impacted us negatively as I booked the hotel because it had a pool and it was July when kids are out of school. Staff was polite.

I really liked how the staff at the hotel handled difficult situations and did their very best to help and accommodate the guests. I had a few issues while staying at the hotel and they quickly responded and did their best to make my stay a pleasant one. I would definitely come back to this hotel, because the service was amazing.
