"We really enjoyed our stay at Misty Meadows B&B with such friendly, engaging hosts. Cathy's breakfasts were so creative, tasty, bountiful and a feast for the eyes as well as our stomachs! The property is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, spacious bedrooms with balconies, lovely landscape of trees. We also thoroughly enjoyed their lovely pets, Kenzie the lab, Jule and Gem, their cats and Noah the adorable donkey! We highly recommend staying at their lovely home."

"The place looked recently renovated. With new appliances and bathroom fixtures. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, condiments and even drinks in the fridge. It is located away from traffic and quite ( except a noisy bird ). The hosts are friendly and helpful. Furniture in living room is minimal but satisfactory."

"If you want 5 star, this is not your place however we did enjoy our 4 nights. The view is beautiful and our room was spotlessly clean and spacious. The location is great if you are touring the area. A bit of traffic noise but still not bad. The owner is charming and accommodating but needs help with overall property maintenance and some updating. Breakfast was delicious and we ate outside which is always nice. "

Staff are friendly and willing to help in any way. Location faces south and is close to downtown, a huge public park (Beacon Hill Park) and a quaint "Cook Street Village" where you have access to everything from coffee to pharmacy. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Hang out next to a fire with the incredible view or outside in the yard overlooking the ocean. The place was clean, comfortable and easily situated. Only 10 mins to Sooke for dining and activities, although you never want to leave! The cutest little coffee shop is only 8 minutes the other direction in Shirley, BC with a large selection of desserts including lots of gluten free options. Great place! Definitely will stay here again when in the area!!"
