A wonderful hotel. Our room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The restaurant is great. A big negative is the noise from Douglas St. This is a major bus route and the buses are noisy.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, and the restaurant in the hotel was great for late night drinks. Everything else I needed was within walking distance.

Have you ever heard the expression get which you paid for? Well at the Rialto, it's exactly the opposite when you arrive. There is not only no valet, but you have to dump your luggage quickly and then go park your car blocks and blocks away absolutely unsafe and ridiculous. The towels in the bathroom are sandpaper There is no breakfast room at all The bed is as hard as sleeping on the floor or maybe the dirty pavement outside in the crappy neighborhood this hotel sits in With sirens going off all night I don't know how it got the ratings And I have never left negative in my Expedia. You need to know this hotel sucked.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff are helpful and professional. The rooms are well appointed, cozy, with a generous bathroom. The hotel and the rooms themselves are spotless. Great location as well. The Palms restaurant that is located in the hotel is fantastic. The drinks were fantastic but the food stole the show. Do yourself a favour and make this your Victoria stay.

Unfortunate that the parking offering at the Rialto is not very convenient. Not much flexibility. Stayed at the Best Western earlier in the week and were spoiled by Valet parking with in & out privileges. Hard to beat.

This is a very nice hotel, but it is on a very busy street with tons of noise. The noise is so loud the room comes with ear plugs.
