They also assured us that work would not begin until 9:00am esch day which would have been acceptable to us. Instead, we were rudely awoken each morning as early as 7:15am by impact drivers, oscillating tools and grinders. I spoke with one of the workers and they said they were scheduled to start work no later than 8:00am each day. So it can be noted that the owners/managers are completely comfortable lying to customers. House cleaning woke us up at 6 am being super loud in the hallway. Then they had construction going on in the room next to us at 9am. I tried to check out and cancel my last nights stay so i could go to a new hotel. The staff refused to refund and said that it would need to be approved by a manager, they said then the manager was off site and would be back tomorrow. We booked a new hotel and called the next day when the manager was in. He refused to refund and would not give us a reason other then he is unable to. The room smelled heavily of carpet deoderizer when we walked in, but the room was spacious and had a great view. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The free breakfast buffet was outstanding.
