“This is a very quiet cottage in the woods, but not far off the "beaten path". It is very clean and well cared for. We were only there to sleep after Grassroots, so we didn't get to explore the grounds. We would stay again. ”

“We totally enjoyed the peaceful calm of this tiny house! In a world that is moving fast, it felt good to just slow down and breathe. Very private and secluded with limited cell service we just enjoyed watching butterflies dance on the lawn and later on, sipping beverages by the fure pit and star gazing. Everything was spotless and the bed very comfy. The only negative was the road traffuc on the rural road. When they came, the trucks came loud and fast.It was just their sound interrupting our...

“Place was amazing! The check in process was so smooth. Able to meet the host and he was extremely accommodating. The cabin was super clean and looked exactly like the photos. Bathrooms and showers on the property were very clean as well. The property grounds were very well kept and the lights at night made the experience even better. Cannot wait to book again! 1000/10”

“This little cabin on the canal was the nicest we’ve stayed in the FLX. Everything was clean and fresh. Although small, they thought of everything you may need including extra towels and blankets, kitchen supplies, games, even makings for S’mores! The screened in porch was delightful both early morning and evening.Proximity to Geneva, Seneca park and wineries is great. Mike left a personal note for us with recommendations for eating and sightseeing. A very nice touch! Great place for weekend...

“Dave has a great secluded get away property! The property was stocked with wood for fires, making it perfect for an evening to have drinks and make smores. It is close to many local wineries, making wine tastings even friendlier! The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. If you are looking to glamp but still have the rustic feel of no electric this is the place! This is a creative way to get people out and in tune with nature. ”
