This is an old school motel that has been modernized and polished. Clean, very nicely decorated, bedding is great, hard flooring - no sus carpeting. Convenient to Miami University and High Street. It was just what we needed for our visit to Oxford.

Liked the character of the property. Room was HUGE compared to most hotels. Enjoyed the river view. Wasn’t able to make use of the fitness center, but it is an awesome perk that comes with the room.

Expedia did a horrible job on this but the staff at the hotel Were excellent. I would stay there again but I will not use Expedia ever again. I waited over an hour to get my room because of Expedia’s in ability to do their job correctly. The stafff at the hotel did everything they could to make our stay great. Expedia still owes me a refund that they have refused to return and charged my card 3 times for one night. Expedia sucks, hotel and staff are great!

Room was nice and big (King with pullout). When we used the extra blanket for the pullout there were stains on the blanket so that was a little gross. The bathroom/shower were clean so that was great. A couple pieces of silverware in the drawer were not clean.
