“The room had a big gap all the way down the front door which left us with a very cold draft, the shower stall was flush with the floor so when we showered it flooded the bathroom floor, in the description it says your on the beach NOPE" There is no where to store your clothes, no closet no dresser. If you want to get a hold of someone, 6 hours later via text is when we heard back then to finalize our stay someone from the resort came into our unit before we were checked out, we called abot that……
