Wonderful Hospitality, but Room Comfort Could Be Improved
We spent five nights at The Hacienda & Spa celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary, and overall, we had a wonderful experience!
The hospitality was exceptional. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The staff certainly made us feel appreciated, and that was one of the highlights of our stay.
My only concerns were the comfort of the beds and pillows, along with a repetitive clicking noise from the air conditioning/thermostat system. As someone who travels frequently and occasionally experiences back issues, a comfortable mattress and firmer pillow options would make a tremendous difference. Unfortunately, the clicking noise also interrupted my sleep several times throughout the night.
These may seem like minor details, but when staying at a property of this caliber, comfort and a peaceful night’s rest are important.
That being said, we truly enjoyed our anniversary getaway and appreciated the wonderful hospitality. With a little more attention to room comfort and maintenance, this could easily be a five-star experience. We would certainly consider returning!
