I showed up to check in at 11pm for a 2 night stay. My room wasn't ready, it was still dirty from the previous client. They downgraded me for the night, and that's when the issues started. I had to spend 4 hours sorting out the incompetent staff and convince them to give me the room I already paid for for the 2nd night. They lied constantly, about the manager not being there, about communicating with me to fix the issue. At this point I still haven't gotten refunded for the room I didn't get, and all they could offer was a 50 dollar coupon for their restaurant. I fully regret staying here.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Some of the reasons we came back were the spacious rooms (we stayed in the suite), the full kitchen and living room, outdoor pool and hot tub, breakfast buffet, laundry and how close it is to everything we wanted to see. You can walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, inner harbour, Beacon Hill Park, Parliament, etc. The only things we didn’t like were that there was no AC (thankfully our room had a few fans and we opened the windows) and the breakfast was quite limited.
