Location is great, room was clean. However room with 2 double beds was tiny for 3 adults. Insufficient space for placing luggage even on the floor. Claim of free parking nearby was not true (except on Sundays only).

room 203 you can’t open the blinds because it is nasty outside the windows also the room with the king bed has no AC.

Ideal location if you want to hoof it around Victoria shopping and night life. Service was excellent and the room was clean and quiet. The rest of the facilities were a little funky with separate elevators to get to different parts of the building (used to be two separate buildings). Fitness center was okay but the restaurant in the lobby served great breakfast. Hate paying for parking (hotels are going to start charging for oxygen next) so I parked down the street at a city lot for half the price.

We had an amazing time at this location! It was super clean, very close to shopping and dining and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we had any questions or needed extra room items, they were kind and helpful with quick service. The hotel itself is a 2 min walk from Chinatown and 2 blocks away from the water. We didn’t have a rental car but we really didn’t need it. It is about a 20 min walk from the Empress, but it’s a downhill walk so it wasn’t bad. The front desk can also call a taxi for you, which we did for our trip to the airport. The only downside is that it’s located right above a nightclub. It wasn’t bad at all on weekdays, but on Friday night we could hear people outside talking and hanging out in the middle of the night. Nothing that the hotel can do about it, but FYI.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was within walking distance to the parliament building and all the amenities downtown has to offer. The room was a bit small for a family of 3 but it was a nice and clean room.
