The hotel is not worth the price. Location is prob the best thing it has going for it. The bed was hard as a rock. The bathroom roor has holes in it. There is no onsite parking, you have to walk blocks, which is not disclosed on the website or Expedia. The 1950s era AC in the window doesn't work well. There's an awkward chair in a tiny room. The pics make the room look larger than it is. The carpet needs replacing, and I have no idea why there is a kitchen cooktop in this room but it doesn't come with pans to cook with. So weird. Wish I'd stayed elsewhere. The seagulls are extremely loud as well. Horrible stay. At least they had an elevator

For the price I paid, I was very disappointed to find a very outdated hotel with the most uncomfortable bed ever!

The walls were SO. VERY. THIN. Don't choose this one if you want to be loud with your partner in bed lmfao i could hear a cough in the middle of the night from another room while still inside my own room that's how thin these walls are haha overall nice hotel though if that doesn't bother you! Very nicely settled right in downtown so you can just walk everywhere! would still recommend even with the thin walls :)

We had a nice big room. I think they called it M1. But if your looking for quiet don’t get this side of hotel. Irish pub beside it and music plays till 1230am. My only other complaint was a very tiny small mirror to Try to get ready in front of. Have a huge tv in room but not proper mirror to get ready in front of as a woman it was tough. There is a small stove but no utensils to use for it. Bathroom is very tight if you are a larger person. You have to sneak in beside the toilet and the Shower to shut the door. There also was no elevator to our room so if u have heavy luggage you may need help. Parking was an 3 minute walk away. I’m under ground parking. But doors anre closed anfter 7 and weekends. There is annother way in aFred so ansk front desk how or get an an after hours key. Otherwise was a great location.

The hotel was fine but the 2 days we stayed were really warm and there was just a fan in the room. No air conditioning… if the windows opened it would have been better for air flow with the cooler winds blowing in the evening. The room was clean just not comfortable with the heat.

Parking off site is a nuisance outside weekday business hours as you need a pass card borrowed from the front desk. Good security feature but not ideal. Hotel is dated with poor air circulation/AC and carpet that needs to be pulled up bc it’s holding decades worth of dust. Also had a maintenance person walk right into our room with a pass card with no knock or no advisement ahead of time that it would be happening. Quite concerning someone would have been in our room when we weren’t there and we wouldn’t have known.

Gore is very centrally located. Very confusing on how to get to hotel when Government St and other one way streets are closed. Hotel is a little tired but fine for a short stay.

The room was clean and had character. Friendly and helpful staff. Central location. The parking is a bit inconvenient, since you getting in and out after 6pm is a hassle. Strong, clean WiFi connection through duration of the trip.

I don't want cookie cutter hotels. The Bedford Regency is a delight. A little quarkie but that's what makes it special. Great view from room 49. Right in the middle of shopping and sites. Can't say how much we enjoyed our stay!

We picked this hotel because we liked how walkable this location was. We did not use our car when we visited. We got what we wanted for the price point. The hotel room needed some upgrading as the rooms were very dark and you could feel the springs in the bed. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The A/C was barely working.

This location is perfect if you're doing Victoria ina. Couple days and want a good, centered home base. I will say though the cleanliness could have been better we did find a used bandage in on of the beds. Otherwise this was a fantastic spot for our group.
