Washrooms and breakfast place is dirty. No staff at all in breakfast room. Dishes were dirty, not washed properly

I had such a wonderful stay at Baymaas, Agi Jacob and his team looked after me like a princess for my whole stay, very professional and friendly at all times. If you are looking for peace and tranquility and wonderful staff Baymaas is for you

This property was extremely clean. You were greeted with the Hindi red dot on your forehead. the property has a gym, spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, helipad, and rooms with balconies that showcase the beautiful views of Munnar. The only downfall was the breakfast for me - it was cold and not the best. The fresh juice was great! but i would not recommend having breakfast here. Munnar itself has so much to do and see so the options around are endless. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English and was very helpful.
