Beautiful Condo in Semi-Private Country Club With Panoramic Mountain Views

The Condo is situated in a semi-private country club located in Palm Desert. Palm Desert is nestled against the foothills of the Santa Rosa Mountains and is home to the kind of world class resorts and amenities expected from a premier location.

Near-perfect weather, majestic scenery, numerous events and attractions, as well as sensational shopping and dining lure thousands of visitors annually. The country club has 20 free Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs, a large 13 tennis court tennis facility, 20 pickelball courts, clubhouse with restaurant, bar and pro shop.

Set against spectacular panoramic views of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains, the country club also has a 72 par, championship golf course, which enjoys the splendor of mature trees, lush landscaping and greenbelts.

The unique golf course design features spacious fairways and new enlarged greens. Strategic locations of the many lakes and sand bunkers, as well as a choice of four tee placements on every hole, provides a challenge for both the professional and novice golfer alike. Complete practice facilities are also available.

Adjacent to the Clubhouse, you will find 13 tennis courts and an expansive 1,500-seat stadium court. All courts are lighted for evening use, and the tennis pro shop provides an array of services from lessons to merchandise and rentals, and the ability to help arrange tennis matches for you with other residents, guests and vacationing renters. The rates to play tennis have been very reasonable compared to other tennis facilities in the area, and the pro shop offers great daily, weekly or monthly tennis rates to renters.

A Snack Shop is located next to the tennis courts and near the Club House, and the Oasis Bar & Grill lounge are popular places to relax and enjoy a little refreshment. The Clubhouse offers a wonderful informal dining experience depending on what suits your needs. Whether you are planning a wedding, business meeting, intimate dinner celebration or an after golf gathering, the staff at the Country Club will prepare a unique menu customized to your individual needs.

Has everything needed. Cost is excellent. The plumbing taps, electrical outlets and patio doors are original and wore out and need to be replaced. Kitchen and bathrooms are dated but functional. Suggest upgrading and be able to charge a bit more.

November in the desert
We had a great week at this condo. While the condo is a bit dated in some areas ( kitchen , some furnishings ) it is extremely clean and situated in a beautiful location. The pool and hot tub are a short walk away. The condo backs onto the 10th fairway and offers golf and mountain views. The resort is beautiful wiht lots of roads to walk or cycle along. The location is convenient to many great sights such as Palm Springs, Joshua Tree NP and loads of golf courses. Brad was helpful in aswering our questions. Would definitely stay again.

Don't throw the baby out with the bath water.
I read some reviews that the place could use a face lift. While that is somewhat true there are many pluses, and everythng works and is clean. Awesome huge patio with stunning view and a great king bed. There are some blemishes but the price point is correct. Brad and Frances responded quickly when I had questions. I had a great stay.

Great location and community
This property was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great value, too, for getting a two bedroom, two bath home. The patio ran the full length of the home and overlooked the golf course. The home has an attached garage and a washer dryer. The pool was very nice and was located just across the street. There are actually many pools in this community and a lovely community center with a restaurant. It is a gated community. We loved being in the middle of the Coachella cities. Palm Desert is very nice. This property is older and a bit dated, but we thought it was great!

Palm desert golf condo
We rented this property for a house hunting trip in the area. The property was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN and perfect for our needs. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but having a real coffee maker and filters was marvelous. If we had wanted to cook, we could have with ease as the kitchen was well stocked and even had cooking oil! The towels were fluffy and the beds were comfy. The unit included an attached garage which was great for the desert heat and there were pools on the property. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!
