So since I’ve been here many times before and always had a good time I’ll be nicer. I think this is a one off we were there the day after they opened. Long story short they need to improve on a lot of things. We did share this with the GM and manager and they did acknowledge and will be changing few things. Pool bar didn’t open till 11 and pool opens at 8, so if you want water it’s hard to get. But again they will start having people walk around to give to guests since it’s 110 degrees so early. Also rooms will not be cleaned unless you stay there for 5 nights. Also food is very limited. No breakfast but they do have grab and go, we don’t eat cheese so we couldn’t really modify the food. A bit disappointed because they had no food for kids agent 2 3 and 5 on the first day, but after complaining the next day they added chicken tenders to the menu. I personally don’t think any resort fee should be charged considering everything is so limited. I was not told when I called the day before we Came. Recommend you bring a cooler with your own drinks and even some food. With that said we know due to the virus things are difficult, but if you open the pool bar at 11 there is no reason why you can’t open at 9 am since the pool was full of people. If the breakfast area can be open at 4 for food wby can’t it be open at 9 for breaksfast? Has nothing to do with the virus. I will go back since I know it’s always been good. So we will give them another chance.
