“We drove 6 hrs to try to make it asap to the hotel, unfortunately this hotel does not allow guest to check in early its strickly until 3pm. I had only 2 hours to get ready quick to make it to a wedding at 6pm. I reserved here specifically because the event was 15 min away. Next was the water, we had to take a cold shower the hot water was just not coming out.Then was the towels, we had only 1 towel. We asked to have at least 1 more brought to us and they told us they were in the dryers still. (I……

“I booked this hotel last minute because my and I needed somewhere to shower and sleep for the night. Traveling in to see family. However, the first room we had the key didn’t work. Went to get another key and that room shower wasn’t cleaned properly and the room had a smell to it (not a clean one). Went back down to ask for a room change. Tried at least 4 other rooms after that. All room smelled and tubes were not cleaned properly. We still decided to stay for showers, I asked for cleaning……

“Excellent location. Right infront of the airport and next to shopping malls. Big room and comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast is sufficient and staff are friendly.”

“El área para desayunar me pareció excelente, muy diferente a otros hoteles que a la hora del desayuno tienen todo tirado o regado por el lugar. La cantidad y variedad de alimentos, frutas, jugos, cafés fue espectacular, de verdad! La limpieza fue impecable. Los felicito!”

“The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy. Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night. I would stay here again.”

“Room was clean. Bathtub was an accident waiting to happen. Tub did not drain properly although drain was clear. Tub floor tilted inward so much that it was difficult to stand safely. There was a handle on the outside wall but not one inside to steady ourselves. This REALLY needs attention as it is a safety hazard.”
