The neighborhood was also scary there were a lot of guys hanging around on the street, which made me uncomfortable when I wanted to take my car to the public parking lot. I'd rather choose somewhere else with enough parking...

"Don't judge a book by its cover"—that’s how I’d describe the hotel. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy, sure, but it is San Francisco, after all. The room was nice and clean. My only issue was that I arrived very early, and the hotel doesn't have a room to store luggage while waiting for check-in; the guy working there wasn't very helpful regarding the bags, either. I'm not sure if I'd stay there again.
